| 초록 | In Korea, the main production area of jujube are Boeun region of Chungbuk province located in the central part of Korea where it is mainly produced as fresh fruit and Gyeongsan region of Gyeongbuk province in the southern part as dried fruit. In this study, the severity of major disease and pests occurring in jujube orchard was investigated focusing on Boeun and Gyeongsan region for 2016–2018 to be utilized as data for the development of effective control technology. The most severe disease in jujube was anthracnose by Collectotrichum sp., which especially much occurred in the Gyeongsan area where the fruit setting is mainly conducted on old branches. The symptom of anthracnose occurred in flower, fruit, and leaf from June to the harvest time. Incidence of bacterial fruit rot by Xanthomonas arboricola was relatively high from July. And leaf spot by Phoma sp., Alternaria sp. and so on, occurred but did not cause much damage. Witches’ broom disease occurred more frequently in Gyeongsan area, which has more aged trees than Boeun area, and it is thought that attention is needed because the incidence is gradually increasing in Boeun area. The main pests in Boeun and Gyeongsan area are Miridae such as Apolygus sp, Tetranychus urticae, Dasineura sp. Ancylis sativa and Carposina sasaki and the degree of damage by pest was different in each region. The occurrence of Miridae and Dasineura sp. was relatively high in Boeun area, and Miridae occurred from April and Dasineura sp. from May. Damge by Ancylis sativa started to occur from May and occurred relatively more in Gyeongsan area. Damage by Tetranychus urticae began to appear in April and by Carposina sasaki in July, and the incidence of these two pest was different according to the control management. | ||
