초록 | This study was conducted to re-use the spent mushroom substrates(SMS) of Pleurotus ostreatus and improve nitrogen content in SMS using bacteria. Two kinds of bacteria were used to increase total nitrogen content. Bacillus sp. (GM20-4) was isolated from SMS of oyster mushroom and Rhodobacter sphaeroides(RS) was obtained from Gwangjusi Agricultural Technology Center. SMS samples were collected from three oyster mushroom cultivation farms located in Gyeonggi-do province, Korea. When the dried SMS was inoculated with 30% culture broth of GM20-4 and RS and incubated at room temperature(25±2℃) for 5 days, the content of T-N was most increased. In order to investigate the T-N content of other SMSs, three dried SMS (A, B and C) were treated by the same method with GM20-4 and RS. As a result, the content of T-N in SMS B was 20%p higher than control, while the contents of SMS A and C were increased to 17%p, 12%p, respectively. By the bacterial treatment, the change of T-N content in wet SMS was slightly higher than that in control. The changes of the amino acid content were also investigated to be higher than control in all SMS by GM20-4 and RS treatments. The aspartic acid and glutamic acid were highest increased among amino acid compositions. Especially, those of SMS B were increased 2.9 folds higher than control. |
